Each user in the system has its own permission levels and access to groups of devices.

Setting them is done while adding the user to your organization, and also can be updated later.

For updating an existing user, click the arrow down sign next to this user.

                                                                               And then click Permissions And Access

Permissions:

The type of users with their privileges are as follow:

    Administrator - has full viewing and modification access to all objects (dash cam, group, users, settings) in the system.

    Supervisor - same as Administrator permissions, but cannot add, modify or remove users.

    User - only has viewing access.

    Restricted - the user cannot log-in into the system (although he is still defined in the system).

Group Access:

You may set several groups of dashcams in your organization. Administrator should set the viewing rights of each user in the organization to specific groups. In order to do so follow the steps below:

1. Get into permission and access screen of the user.
2. Check the boxes that are related to each group which will allow the user to have access to the specific group.
3. Click OK
