While inserting a mobile data SIM card (card on the left in the image below), it is important to keep the chip contact side facing to the direction of the speaker and silver button. View instructions in the image below:
The SIM card size that is used with the Surfsight dashcam is a Micro SIM (the middle SIM in the bottom image).
